About the Role Our client is seeking a ready made Estimator to hit the ground running with their expanding team. You will be responsible for producing accurate estimates on complex tenders, completing full analysis and detailed reviews of tender request packages, client requests for quotation programs. Tasks and Responsibilities Prepare accurate estimates on complex tenders and project quotes Review tender documents, RFQs, drawings, and specifications in detail Define clear scopes of work for each estimate Manage and respond to job inquiries efficiently Submit quantity take-offs, estimates, and tenders for minor and major projects Skills and Experience Minimum 2 years' estimating experience on complex tenders, from bid preparation to completion. Previous experience in the Concrete industry is desirable, not essential. End-to-end estimating experience including pricing and supplier negotiation Proficient with Buildsoft / Cubit Proven problem-solving, investigative, and conflict resolution abilities Adept at building effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders through professional, timely, and accurate communication Excellent organisational and time management skills Accurate with a strong attention to detail Benefits and Perks Full-time role | Monday to Friday only $90,000 - $100,000 Super - depending on experience Supportive internal team and structured onboarding Join a secure and continually growing business * Office located in Hallam, VIC About the Company Our client is a leading medium sized subcontracting company.
